I need to change the flex hose that connects the clutch slave cylinder to
the line from the master. Problem is, that nut just won't crack. I'm using a
proper flare wrench on the fitting and the nut. Have soaked it multiple
times over a period of days with PB Blaster. I'm concerned that I'll destroy
the pipe if I apply any more force. I thought about gentle application of a
heat wrench, but that seems like a real fire hazard.
Any tricks I might try? Or should I just resign myself to replacing the
pipe...
