RE: Stubborn Camshaft

I was going to write and suggest that the cam journals are hanging up on the
bearings and block.  If this is the case when you pull the cam you need to
be 'lifting' the back of the cam as you pull.

However you indicated that it only moves 25/1000ths so that probably isn't
it.
