Actually, all MGs from the M type Midget thru the P type had single overhead 
cams.  The TA was the first pushrod engined Midget.  Not too sure of the larger 
types and really early cars.

BTW, have any of you seen the t-shirt that says "MG made cars after 1949, but 
who cares?" :)

Didn't  Real (J-Type & Montlhery Midget) MGs have a SINGLE (overhead) cam?
