Any other countries have the joys of traffic lights on roundabouts like the
UK?  Sometimes it can take 3 or 4 sets of traffic lights changes to through
the junction.  Sometimes the lights are used in busy times only, sometimes
all the time which is a right pain off-peak when you still have to wait for
each of the changes with little or no traffic going through when you are
stopped.
