I guess I'll answer myself. I found it at

It appears to be from an Austin America Automatic.

The curves are
       2600rpm    15degrees
       1000rpm    6.5degrees
       500rpm      1.5 degrees
no advance under 350.

So it doesn't look too good for a B.
