Grill Question

I am considering replacing the grill on my 72 B (sharkmouth) to either a 1970
or 1973 model type grill that is more conventional looking for the MGB.  Can
the grills be interchanged with no fuss or are there modifications needed to
make the change?  Originality is not so much of a concern for me.
