I think the volume of the list shows that we care and do
help.

Weekends are tougher, I am not at the computer near as much.
This weekend in fact, we were away. Hopefully a lot of people
were out in their garages, or better, on the road.

This is a pretty simple question. And has been answered many times.

I don't know about the one ... two email. I suspect it was links
to things, and the links failed. Maybe pictures.

Ok, some basic things to check.

1. The usual suspects in rust.
        a. sills, outside and inside
        b. doglegs
        c. footwells
        d. trunk

2. Condition of the engine.
        a. how does it sound
        b. type of carbs
        c. compression check
        d. smoke coming out

3. How does it look. Was it cared for. Abused, etc.

4. How much is the person willing to tackle?
        a. lots of knuckle busting
        b. or add gas, maybe oil once in a while and drive on sunny days
        c. somewhere in between.

Then there are numerous books, Porter's "MGB Restoration Manual" has
good information.
It used to be titled "Guide to DYI..." something something.

Skye's site is wonderful. Has lot's of info.
