Do you need to meet CO specs?  If so the testing station will tell you.  If 
not ignore the CO and simply tune as was normal before emissions became an 
issue.  Basically this means getting the air flow balanced with the throttle 
interconnecting spindles as well as the idle screws (make sure this is the 
case just off idle as well as at idle), then coarse setting the mixture by 
turning the nuts one at a time to give the highest idle speed, then fine 
setting the mixture using the lifting pins.  Details here:
