Your description of the speedo issues seem to be those of a 31 year old
instrument that is stuck up with old grease and chipped plastic parts. Time to
send it out to Moma Engineering or Nisonger for a little maintenance. If you
ask, they can retain the present mileage instead of returning it to 00.Bob
