I don't know how they titled this as a 1965. It is clearly 1980, or at least
1975. And the number they show as the VIN isn't a VIN -- it may be the body
number, I suppose. Maybe you can get away with these kinds of shenanigans in
Delaware, I don't know.

It probably doesn't matter because nobody will ever get the stupid thing
running.
