Whoever decided that anything other than plain
text was a good
idea for email should be hunted down and killed and buried
under
a tombstone with 500 &nbsp's on it.  I seem to recall this
started
cropping up around 1994 or so, so it must be either
Apple's or Microsoft's
fault.  Hitler or Stalin, who's your
favorite dictator?
