I confess, after years of using Shell Rotella for the ZDDP, when I switched=
to Red Line 20w50 I didn=E2=80=99t even give the ZDDP a second thought. I=
will also admit to measurably less oil consumption with the Red Line. No =
unusual wear yet!

Mobil1 15w50 also has the recommended zinc level for older engines. Just th=
at one weight is specifically designed for flat tappet engines (you can loo=
k it up on their applications sheet). And it is intended as a street oil, n=
ot racing oil.=20
