I suppose the problem is that it isn=E2=80=99t accessed often; hence =
nuts & threads get rusted. Brass nuts would be the way to go, since it =
isn=E2=80=99t a high torque situation. Although that doesn=E2=80=99t =
help if you need to extract the studs for some reason. But the most =
common reason to do that is because the threads are messed up.
