The following is an excerpt from the Morgan Web pages's Virtual
libruary for Technical books:

Technical Items

   4/4s
Ford Cortina 67-68 Autobook - Smith, Philip - Autopress LTD 1972
engine and xmission and some electrical information

   +4s
Service Instruction Manual TR3 Triumph Sales Ltd
engine information and some electrical inforation
           (Reprintes available from TRF)

   4/4 & +4s
The Morgan Four Wheeler Workshop Manual
       +4, Supersports, 4/4 Series I to V (The Factory I think)

   Morgan 1936-69 Autobook Clarke, R. 1970

Morgan Restoration and Buying Practical Classics 1992

Notes From a Morgan Garage Fred Sisson; Norcross Ga.1992

   Rover 3500S Workshop Manual - Morgan 1970

The Morgan Buyer's Guide Hill, Ken 1989

Of the above books the only ones I don't have are the last 2,
Rover 3500S Workshop Manual & The Morgan Buyer's Guide. The only
one of the books that I don't think is really worth that much is
Morgan Restoration and Buying.

Unfotrunately, my copy of the The Morgan Four Wheeler Workshop Manual
+4, Supersports, 4/4 Series I to V, is paper back, pretty small. It
tries to cover too much with too little.

For 4/4 owners, I strongly recommend getting the Cortina manual
also from Auto book for information on the Engine, xmission, and
the rear end.

For the +4s (TR powered) folks, I suggest getting the TR3/4 workshop
manual for the engine and electrical equipment

The best discussion of items like windshield wipper motors, setting
the voltage regulator, etc. is in the TR2/3 workshop manual.

For my money, it takes the Autobooks on Cortina & Morgan 1936-69, and
the TR2/3 manual to work on a Morgan. In addition, I recommend Fred
Sisson's Notes From a Morgan Garage. It gives a lot of insite to
various problems of Morgan ownership. I'm not suggesting that you
try everything in his book, but if the shoe fits........

There is a major Automotive book vendor (I think in Minn.) Classis
Auto .... or something like that. Don't have the info here right
now. I memory serves me they have the Autobooks available. If
no one puts their name, address & phone # up before I get home this
evening, I'll put it up.
