brakes

When I took my 66 +4 out yesterday; I found that the brake pedal had almost
no play in it; the car did however still stopped and I noticed no real
differences in braking. we are  in the midst of a streach of very hot and
humid weather here in NE Ohio and I wondered if that might play a role.
