Membership at the Morgan Sports Car International Community has grown 900%
over the last couple of days. There are now quite a few photos submitted.
Thanks are inorder to Jim G. for the photos sent of his car & to RP-ZF-88
for his photos of Malvern. Thanks also to the technical experts who have
offered to answer technical problems when time permits. GregMogDoc has sent
a reply to Ross's clutch woes.
A couple of calendar events & links have been posted. Guests are welcome to
view the content, while members are allowed to submit material directly.
Membership is free.
Welcome messages have been posted in several languages. Although English may
be the dominant language of the web, this is an international forum &
members can submit material or schedule a chat in a language that benefits
others in the world, be it Swedish or Swahili. This is not a club site per
se, nor a vendor's site. Although vendors & clubs are welcome to contribute.
This is a site for Morgan enthusiasts anywhere.
What's amazing about the personal computer revolution & the internet
explosion, is the degree to which it just grew rather than being the product
of any master plan. New services & multi-media, new tools to simplify
tasks - offer unparalleled opportunities for communication & creativity. And

VOICE CHAT:
The first Morgan voice chat is scheduled for FRIDAY, AUGUST 13, 10 PM New
York-Toronto-Montreal time. If you live in another time zone, you'll have to
figure out the time & date. (I hope to schedule one in future at a more
convenient time for Europeans). This is new tech & you must have Windows
95/98/NT at present. Guests are welcome, not just members of MSCI. You can
engage in real-time VOICE CHAT if you have a sound card, speakers & a mike.
Instructions:
Select the Excite Voice Chat link:
http://www.excite.com/communities/chat/voicechat/.
Click on "Go Voice Chat".
This will take you to the voice chat area. If you don't have the plug-in,
you will be prompted to download it. This program is only about 128K & is
free!
You may wish to enter one of the main chat areas (such as, "40ish", etc) to
listen to others, check-out your settings, & see how it's done - prior to
the Morgan Chat.
When it's time for the Mog chat:
In the input box, Type: "Morgan_Sports_Cars_Int".

Folks can also access anytime & chat with anyone who also might be there. Or
you
can arrange to talk with someone at a predetermined time. Same with the
keyboard chat area. It's like free
