Hello listers, I was really thrilled to get lots and lots of messages from
y'all welcoming me so warmly to the list. This is fantastic....I am in
contact with so very many Morgan friends from all over. It was such a
delight to hear from people I'd not had contact with for years...like since
the 75th, or even longer. For those of you who don't know me, I'm a Morgan
owner...got a wonderful 4/4 that I've been with for 19 or so years. I belong
to MOG- MOG (Morgans on the Gulf Morgan Owner's Group) and to several clubs
in Europe. I've had a Mog in my life long enough to know...if it ain't
broke don't mess with it!! That motto has served me and my Mog very well.
Despite being a Senior Citizen in car years, she's a pretty sprightly little
girl. In order to support my Moggish habits I must teach school to third
graders here in Houston. Of course, teaching is much like volunteer work
here in Texas, we don't really get paid much...covers gas money. So, my
husband,Wonderful Warner, has to work to support the both us us...he works
off shore for Mac Dermott oil on a barge in the Gulf (of Mexico) Hope to see
some of y'all here in the south at the Morgans Over America next fall as it
brushes close to us for a stop in New Orleans and then up to Mississippi
(that's fun to spell on a key board, isn't it?) Also, it's Mog Mog's 15th
anniversary in 2000. So our little club is celebrating. All for now,
