Leaks

I am currently experiencing leaks from the drain plugs of my transmission
and rear axle. I've replaced the drain plugs with new ones, used Teflon
tape, ARP brand  sealer, Hylomar and a paste which contains Teflon. Both
units are filled with Redline Synthetic 90w lubes. I am about to switch to
non-synthetic lubes to try and prevent this..or at least minimize it! Any
suggestions would be appreciated.
