It may still be worth checking with the factory.  Several years ago
(~10) I got a quote for a full leather interior cut and prepped to fit
my '62 +4 4 Seater at the outrageously attractive price of ~750
pounds.  It would certainly be more now and the cost of having it all
installed would add to it but considering what an upholstery shop
might charge for doing it all (not to mention the cost of hides), it
could still be a bargain.  The only problem is waiting a couple of
months for it.
