Melvyn Rutter, Morgan Spares, Penny Bates (Olde World Restorations) are
three Morgan parts specialists. The factory can also supply parts. I don't
know if the cable for the wipers is unique to Morgans. If not, then there
are many Birtish parts suppliers such as Moss Motors, The Roadster Factory,
Victoria British etc. who have parts for the major British cars, MG, Healey,
TR, Jag. If there is a matching part (someone on the list will know that)
then your options get bigger. Meanwhile, try Rain-X. My wipers hardly work
at all, but a good coating of Rain-X works wonders. I drove from
Lewes,Delaware to NW New jersey last May in pretty heavy rain after the
British Car Day was washed out. The Rain-X worked fine and I hardly used the
itty-bitty wipers at all. Anyhow, look in Hemmings Motor News and/or British
Car Magazine for parts sources. Maybe the part interchanges with other
British cars from that era. When I needed a front disc brake for my +4, it
turned out to be the same as used on an Austin-Healey 3000, so ..... Good
luck, and stay dry!
