Chuck-1) You don't need reverse on ice, only judicious applications of
throttle and steering.And lots of room. 2) This snow and ice on the roads is
the Almighty's method of reminding SUV owners that they are not exempt from
the laws of physics. 3) Snow doesn't cause rust as much as salt does, and
the Republic of Texas uses precious little of it, to their everlasting
credit. Of course, I don't have to drive anywhere right now.This opinion may
change tomorrow morning when I have to be at work.
