Usually replacement of just the shaft will correct the problem.I would try
that first. Otherwise there is a sleeve with an oversized shaft available.
the carb must be line bored at a machine shop to accomodate the sleeve and
oversized shaft. Lots cheaper than buying a new carb and a long term fix.
