My 1960 Morris pickup is about to come with me when I move to Bonaire (a
small Dutch island off the north coast of Venezuela). If I bring parts in
with me, no duty. Afterwards, 18% tax and shipment problems (daily air
service from Amsterdam and Miami, but most shipment is by boat). I get to
fit my household goods and cars into one 40 foot container.
So, I'll open it for discussion: if you were doing this, what would be in
your spare parts trove that you brought along with you?
