There seem to be a bunch of members that are sending out email in an
improper format and thus not getting through. You need to turn off the
H T M L format of mail or the server will now allow it.
Seems there is an insidious new form of UCE and Spam where they take
advantage of a web page to cull email servers and then use them to send out
their tripe. This invariably is in h t m l format hence the new block.
I've said it countless times before, the list is for text, the web is for
colorful graphics.
