I think someone asked about this. I did it years ago on my 
51 3100 216. It was simple.  I just swapped the pulleys, made a 
bracket and cleaned up any slack with washers.  I am not particularly 
well versed with wiring but it has worked consistently for almost 10 
years so I did something right. 

Everything else is original( I prefer original unless it doesn't meet 
my needs) except the old glass pack duals.  The paint sucks though.
