shipping. However, I believe this was due to the "orders over $300
shipped free" policy. Last fall I had a large order that took about a
month to arive and still had some backorders that arrived later.
I guess I can understand the back orders, but I think they throw the
free shipping items in the corner until they get around to packing them.
They don't really care because they aren't getting paid for the
shipping.
Most of the parts are of good quality although I wasn't impressed with
the universal joints; but over all they are one of the best suppliers.
