[oletrucks] Heater Core Question

I need to replace the heater core in my '54 AD Panel. It has the stock
(non fresh air) heater. I haven't seen any in the catalogs I have.
Someone mentioned once that there are some other make vehicles that use
the same core, (like an old f**d m**tang) that may be more readily
available. Or do I go to a salvage yard and take my chances Thanks for
