[oletrucks] removel of rear leaf springs

Please help,
My son and I are working on a 56 3600 and we have a lot of work ahead of us.
We are to a point that we really need help. Is there someone who can tell us
how to remove the front end of the rear leaf springs.
There is a grease fitting at the end and a small nut that looks
like it's not holding anything in place. Any help would be appreciated
