On AD trucks there are basically 2 sizes. The smaller version (height wise)
is for the smaller truck (1/2 ton) while you will find a taller version on the
1 ton truck. You can interchange either radiator and they will both fit. As
far as cooling goes, both radiators used cellular type cooling passages. If
you want to stick with originality plan on spending around $400-500. One
alternative is to have the core replaced with the more modern (and more
efficient) tube and fin core. Another alternative is to purchase a new
radiator from the vendors. Finally, you can add an overflow tank for coolant
