[oletrucks] cylinder leakage test

When performing a cylinder leakage test what pressure needs to be
applied to the cylinder. I know to have the piston at top dead center
and apply the pressure then listen or look to see where the air is
leaking (exhaust, intake, crankcase, radiator) but how much pressure?
