[oletrucks] radiator?

Ihad an old 216 in my 51  chevy pickuo and am in the process of putting
in a 305/350 turbo charged engine  and welcome any advice as to whether
it will be necessary to make any modifications to or replace the
original radiator, eg should we add a cooling fan? Thanks for the help,
