Hi all:
Yesterday, Bob Fischer, mentioned in his response to my post that he
would like to lowere the rear od his AD. Well, here is one of the slickest
tips I've come across.
I purchased a video from "No Limit Engineering" (www.nolimit.net).
This was a video on installing an IFS front end on an Advance Design truck.
The video (T-140 $34.95) shows the IFS installation, but as a free bonus
they show how to take the front frame shackel mount and move it to the rear.
It looks like it lowers the rear by about 2"-3". The existing rear shackle
mount mounts below the frame while the front shackle mount mounts through
the frame. The rear crossmembr needs to be moved, but tht looks relatively
simple.
