[oletrucks] Calif. license & registration

All you Calif. guys:
    My truck belonged to my dad.  It sat abandoned on my brothers property
since '82.  All paperwork has long since been lost.  My dad gave me a bill
of sale.
    What's involved in getting the truck back on the road.  I hope to get it
on the road in about 9 months.
    Thanks in advance.  The list has never let me down.
