I read the article on getting more than 200hp from the 235 and was wondering
if you all think what i plan on doing is ok for it? the engine i have was
rebuilt 2k miles ago and has pretty much new everyhting except pistons. i was
planning on having it punched 60 over and have the bottom end balanced. what
do you you guys recommend for a high low end torque and high end hp cam?
whats redline on a 56 235? as for the head i think ill just have done what
the article says. how can you tell if you have an 848 head? mine has 848 and
some other numbers stamped on it. what mufflers do you recommend with that
engine and an offy/fenton manifold setup? would flowmasters be good? Also for
any of you Iowans, whats a good, dependable, competent machine shop that wont
screw me over or mess up my motor.

Thanks
Rob
