[oletrucks] 454 mods

one of the cam lobes on my 454 decided it didnt need to
stick around...    so, I'm planning on using that as an
excuse to replace the carb & intake while I'm at it!  (and
finally convert it to HEI)

I'm looking for recomendations on cams, intakes and
carbs     brands, specs ect...
the 454 is stock with 113k miles, but is in good shape
(other than the cam)    the pickup is my daily driver, and
pulls a trailer about 1/4 of the time
