Hi Folks, I just found a '59 1/2 ton rolling frame with a Must. II front
end and a '79 caddy rear end for sale for $900.00 that I'm thinking
about buying. (kinda steep?) Along with it comes a '59 cab and front
sheet metal. My 1st question is I want to put my 55-2 cab, front end and
bed on it. I'm assuming it's a bolt on. Am I right? My 2nd question is
are the 2 cabs the same? Would my 55 front end match the 59 cab, if I
chose to use it? My master parts catalog lists the same part # for 55-2
through 58 cabs but has a different # for the 59. I'm not aware of any
differences, are there any? Thanks in advance for any help, I don't know
what I'd do without this list!
