I have just signed on to the list again though I was part of it several
months ago. Anyway, I have a few questions. I am about to buy a 'Wayne
cover set' anybody familiar with the name? It's a valve cover and a side
cover. What do they typically go for? Also, I am about to buy (from the
same guy) a GMC engine.
Here's the serial number: A 228349910 . I think. I coulndn't tell if it
was a
'1' or a 'I'. It looked more like an 'I' but that didn't make sense. So,
does that mean it's a 228? And is there anyway to tell what year it was
made? Thanks in advance, you guy's seem pretty knowledgeable.
