The 49's should have the mounts outboard as Bob has stated, also the other
change is the way the door weatherstrip is mounted around the doors, on
early 49's it was held in place with screws, newer 49's had the rubber run
in channels and not screwed into place,  the door strikers shouldn't be a
problem, if your old ones are okay, but check the fit of both before you
decide which one you can use.
