I have to add an "Amen!" to this. A few years ago I was putzing along in
heavy traffic passing through New York City on my 55 2nd in a horrible rain.
All of a sudden the driver's side wiper, arm and all, goes zing - right off
to the right side of the road. But I had just put Rain X on the windshield
before the trip. There was hardly any difference. I had vacuum wipers at
the time and I actually think the view was better! I just kept going.
