Hey Andy,
I took my cab off by myself. "Not recommended". but it shouldn't be a
problem for four guys. the way i did it is I slid it off one side onto
my creeper, and then rolled it two an open space in the garage and set
it down. I'd guess the weight to be about 300-400 lbs
