[oletrucks] Bolting a stock 1950's bell housing to a V-8

I'd like to thank everyone for the quick response to my Question.  I've come
up with the following:

1) The stock bell housing will not work

2) Stovebolt Engine Co. Makes an Adapter that may work "still waiting on a
reply"

3) A later 50's bell housing may work which retains the same mounting ears
and input shaft retainer size.
