[oletrucks] 4-speed Pops Out of 2nd...

My 292 4sp. has started to pop out of 2nd gear under load. This happens
primarily going downhill using the engine for braking. I can't hold the
shifter in 2nd by hand, but it goes right back in easily after it pops out.

Any thoughts? Are we talking big $$ here for repair?
