I've replaced the stake pockets.  It's not that difficult.  All I did was
locate the factory spot welds by sanding the flat portion of the stake
pocket and drilled them out with a 1/4" or 5/16 drill bit .  I then placed
the new stake pockets back in position and spot them back on using the
previously drilled holes.  It took about 25 minutes for each stake pocket.
