I am rebuilding the heater control valve on my 49. I bought the little
washer from Chevy Duty and once it arrives, I will rebuild it. It was not
connected in the first place as someone didnt like it leaking all over so
they just bypassed it. The question is, how do I reconnect the heater hoses?
Does it matter which hose goes on the top of the valve or the bottom.
Someone who has an AD, please describe how the 5/8" heater hose is connected
from the heater core, to the heater control valve, to the water pump.
