you can get a bond for less than that and get a LEGAL title. i know many people
do this. switch VIN plates sounds a little illegal even though my guess is that
nobody here would deal in a stolen truck, but if big brother for some reason got
suspicious, the truck could get impounded until they figure things out. what do
you all think of this? am i paranoid over nothing?
