[oletrucks] turn signal wire id

Hey, we don't know what colors are which!  Should be black for parking
lights, red (or white) for turn signals, but you ought to check them
out, put one wire at a time to +12v and see...the turn signal filament
will be a lot brighter than the parking lite.
