Thanx for the info , My truck was converted to open drive line and a 55
1st (I think) rear end by a P.O. so I have a non e brake yoke on the
four speed Im currently running and if I can just un bolt the rear cover
from my current tranny and bolt it on the replacement tranny that would
make my life a lot easier ! My current tranny has some nasty play in the
output yoke area and also needs at least one syncro so Im hoping to get
a few miles out of this one while I re build the old one .Apparently the
gasket set is cheap and I have a pal in the hot rod biz here in Tucson
who is an ace at setting up old manual trannys if I feel Im in over my
head , hopefully it won't come to that !

But if anybody has info on the casting #'s please post it ! . Thanx
again.
