I'm not sure how long the 9' box was an option, but I do know my 57 1-ton
had it as an option and am pretty sure it lasted until at least 1959. The PO
had put an 8' bed on my truck, but I'll be putting a 9' back on during
restoration. The biggest problem is going to be finding one.
