I am trying to compile a really comprehensive set of Overdrive transmission
instructions and I understand most of you TF owners have a section in your
shop manual covering overdrive transmission overhaul. I would like it if I
could get anyone with 57-63 trucks to send (fax) the section to me. For your
trouble, I will be glad to send you the completed document. I own a printing
business so its okay of more than one of you respond.
So far, I have an authentic Borg Warner Operations manual, a two page
article covering common overdrive problems and fixes, a short version of
overhaul instructions (not enough detail), and a Chevy operations manual.
Once I get the overhaul section of the shop manual, I will have a complete
