I have replaced my head about 2 months ago (216 no modifications - just add
on oil filter). Now that it is very cold out - the truck is stored outside,
when I start the truck the oil pressure goes to just under 30 lbs. Then
after 5 min or if I drive it 1/4 mile the pressure drops down to 7 - 10 lbs.
I am using 30w oil (yes it is SJ - Bob). Any ideas - is this an issue?

Also, when I start the truck the 4 on floor is very stiff (frozen) then
after a few miles is becomes loose. During this start time it will NEVER
grind the gears when I shift - but once warm I must shift very carefully to
avoided the grind. Any ideas - is this an issue?

I hope this hits the list I am having ISP trouble again.

Thanks,
Jim House
